Building Glass House

CPV's First High-Rise. The twin tower 23-story Glass House was the first high-rise project in Denver's Central Platte Valley, the formerly desolate rail yards behind Union Station that has been transformed into one of Downtown's trendiest urban neighborhoods. The Glass House, which features 389 condominium residences, structured parking, a health club, and a variety of other amenities, was a joint venture between Colorado's East-West Partners and Atlanta-based Wood Partners, with architectural services provided by the Preston Partnership. Glass House broke ground in May 2005 with construction completed in early 2007. The four renderings below are courtesy of East-West Partners, and the final eight images from December 2006 were featured in the Many Colors of Glass House blog entry of December 14, 2006.
