Denver's Center City Districts

Denver's Center City area has experienced a remarkable rate of infill development, with hundreds of projects, big and small, built in these downtown-adjacent districts over the past few years, with plenty more in the works.

The Center City districts shown on this map have been delineated in a manner convenient for displaying the many infill projects here on DenverInfill.com.  The actual neighborhood boundaries recognized by the City and County of Denver or the many registered neighborhood organizations in some cases differ from those shown here. The yellow rings reflect the distance in miles from the center of Downtown, identified on the map as the intersection of 17th and Champa.

Click on a district to view information about the infill projects in that area, photos and renderings, and more. You can also click inside the red Downtown area to be taken to the Downtown Main Map. (C.P.V. = Central Platte Valley, G.T. = Golden Triangle)
