Curtis Park-Five Points District Subarea A

Click on a yellow project number on the aerial to jump to that project.  Click on a thumbnail to view the image.  Images are numbered 1 - 4 from left to right.  Images not credited to another source are original to DenverInfill.com.

Note: future RTD transit lines reflect general proposed alignments. Final alignments will be determined after additional environmental analysis and land acquisition negotiations.

Subarea A, the northwestern part of the Curtis Park-Five Points district, contains Curtis Park itself as well as the majority of the district's significant Victorian-era single-family homes. Larimer Street marks the transition from residential to commercial and industrial uses and the boundary with the Ballpark district.

An extension of the Central Corridor light rail line, planned as part of the FasTracks transit program, will continue along Downing from the line's current terminus at the 30th & Downing Station to the vicinity of 40th Avenue and 40th Street, where the line will connect with the future North Metro and Airport commuter rail lines.
