Civic Center

As its name implies, the Civic Center area hosts the seats of government for the State of Colorado and the City & County of Denver, along with an impressive lineup of institutions including the Denver Public Library, the Denver Art Museum, and the U.S. Mint, among others.  Heavily impacted by parking lots, new residential and civic projects are transforming the Civic Center area into an exceptional urban place.
