One Lincoln Park Making Progress

One Lincoln Park, the 32-story condo tower under construction on Block 177 in Downtown Denver, is coming along nicely. The tower is now past the half way mark (they're at about Floor 18 or so) and exterior façade elements and even some windows are now being installed. Osborn Development is the developer, Buchanan Yonushewski Group is the architect, and Swinerton is the general contractor.

Here are a few photos from this weekend:

Downtown Denver: Rebuilding the Core

Comments:
I can't wait til next Aug when I move in!!!

Looking great. It looks like the whole building will be about as tall as where the top of the crane is now.

Thanks for the update Ken!

those are really nice photo...
can't wait til next Aug when I move in!!!

i still think that the spire will pass it in progress.

It's so tiny from a distance compared to 1999 Broadway!

Has anyone heard more on the planned second phase of this general development? Rumor has it the developer has purchased many of the surrounding lots and is planning a second phase mix of condos/townhomes. Also the rumor was for signing up a nearby specialty foods retailer (i.e. Whole Foods).

I know a guy who works at the Avis on that big lot on the South and he was saying that the LP own that whole lot and Avis will have to move soon enough. Not sure how verifiable it is, but another Denver building site shows the massing scheme for 1LP including that block. Not to mention that Ken wrote on the description to 1LP that it's a "Multi-tower" project...

I know oneLP owns entire block 001B, portion of 032B (along lincoln street) and portion of 158(the small parcel across 1999), and they are really going to expand the whole lincoln park just matter of time!! I guess they will probably start new projet after the 1401 is build out, and see if there still a market demand!
BTW, I heard each home owner will get one tree and they will have the trees plant around the oneLP, they said they are going to plant more than 1000 trees in 2 blocks radius around oneLP...I realy wonder where they can plant more than 1000 trees??(in this case, there will be eventually more than 1000 home owner in oneLP) which is kinda cool!!!

Adrian I dont understand your last post...what is 1401??? Can you explain...

Oh never mind, I think you meant 1401 Lawrence perhaps?!

I heard the Developer of One Lincoln was having money problems??? Has anyone else heard this??

i think that anon-12:51 is just hating, but even if it were true they wouldn't be for long because they are over 60% of there occupied capacity.
