wow...upper larimer / curtis park is looking GOOD...that's good residential growth, and just north of downtown.
 
Couldn't agree more with anon 10:58. After decades of neglect, it is nice to see such a strong infusion of development in a historical neighborhood with a great location.
 
With the thousands of new residential units under construction, it shouldn't take too long to hit 600K with in the city.

2999 Lawrence is a cool little building we need a few more of those.
