is the picture posted of River clay show demolishing the little building that was there or is it site prep for building?
60 units is a big building for what looks like a small site compared to Walkers Row and Zacolo and City View in that part of town.

The demolished the old building that was there a month or so ago. They're now actually digging the foundation.
Obviously lots of housing going up in Potter Highlands and Jefferson Park. Does anyone have a gauge of how well these are all selling? It seems there is no stopping the development, but there are a lot of units coming on line this year.
