New Ballpark Project Ready to Bloom
There's a new infill project planned for the Ballpark neighborhood at 28th and Larimer. The project is known as the Little Flower Lofts. It consists of not only four new construction units with a sharp modern design, but also two additional units converted from a historic 1893 building. The project is being developed by Brian Brainerd and the design comes from the studios of GroundWorks Design. Sales begin this week and groundbreaking is planned for later this fall.
