Block is
100% developed! |
These two
blocks are home to two of Downtown's most prominent buildings. Block
209, the rectangular block between the 16th Street Mall and 17th Street, is home to
Republic Plaza, Denver's tallest structure at 56 floors, along with its
two-level retail plaza and adjacent retail buildings. On the corner at
Court and 17th are three historic buildings spared from the wrecking ball
during Republic Plaza's development.
Block 210,
the triangular block bounded by 17th, Tremont, and Broadway, is home to the
Brown Palace Hotel, certainly Denver's most well-known, venerable, and
beautiful historic hotel. A landmark like no other.
