The three
buildings on this block
include the handsome 414 14th Street building at the corner of 14th &
Tremont, built in 1923 as the headquarters for Denver Public Schools; it now
houses administrative offices for the Denver Art Museum. On Glenarm,
all that remains are two 1920s-era buildings that reflect the original
development on this block of narrow 25-foot wide lots. These
buildings is home to the Denver Press Club. The modern building
visible in the street elevation photos at 13th & Tremont was bulldozed by developer Buzz Geller to make
way for a future unnamed project. |
