Block 194
is the almost-complete block between 17th & 18th, Glenarm & Tremont.
Block 193 is the tiny triangular block bounded by 18th, Glenarm, and
Broadway. Block 193 is a great example of what you can do with a small
odd-shaped parcel, as this block holds the 14-story Glenarm Place building.
On Block 194 is a mix of older and newer office buildings, a parking garage,
and the Comfort Inn, which was originally built as an annex to the Brown
Palace hotel, and which is still connected to it via a skybridge. At
the corner of 18th and Glenarm is a surface parking lot, representing yet
another infill site for a new downtown highrise. |
