Another block in the Welton/Broadway/20th cluster of surface parking lots, Block 176 is well located just two blocks from the 20th & Welton light rail station, and sits at the crossroads where Upper Downtown, Central Downtown, and Northeast Downtown all come together.  The two small buildings currently on this block are easily expendable.  Perhaps with the new One Lincoln Park project located just a block away, this block will be more appealing as an infill site.
