The first Denver
Athletic Club hotel proposal was announced in February 2003 and envisioned a
500-room, 20-story building, as shown in the rendering on the right, but was
later withdrawn. The current proposal on the left was announced in
August 2005 and is an entirely different program, with a completely
different design, number of rooms, etc. The current proposal would
include ground-floor retail and would provide a sharing of the DAC's
facilities with hotel guests. |
