This
block is fully developed (with the exception of a small parking lot) by the
Emily Griffith Opportunity School, a longstanding educational and training
outpost in Downtown Denver. While the scale of these buildings is
probably less than desirable for the location and long-term redevelopment of
the site is always a possibility, for the time being, the Emily Griffith
School remains an important part of the Downtown community. |
