What a sad
little block. Burdened by not only an ugly surface parking lot but a
billboard too, this triangle-shaped block is in dire need of a redevelopment
project. The block is highly visible in its location along Colfax, and
will sit diagonally across Colfax from the new Denver Justice Center
courthouse. Plus, its location next to the Colorado Convention Center
makes it a good site for a hotel or office project. |
