This block,
like so many in this area, holds a number of surface parking lots and a mix
of buildings of varying size and quality. The new Grant Park infill project
eliminates some of the asphalt and compliments the nearby Tower on the Park
and Portofino projects. The project's ground-floor retail will further encourage pedestrian activity and help bridge
the gap between Downtown and the Uptown district. |
