Developer: Charles Biederman Architect: Buchanan Yonushewski Group LLC Current status: Project completed in May, 2007. Project website: http://www.visitgrantpark.com	This block, like so many in this area, holds a number of surface parking lots and a mix of buildings of varying size and quality. This new infill project will eliminate some of that asphalt and compliment the nearby Tower on the Park and Portofino projects.
