This block, like so many others in this area, is dominated by surface parking.  The few buildings on Sherman Street fail to overcome the vast sea of asphalt that dominates the area.  Hopefully, with the positive influence that the nearby One Lincoln Park project will have on this area, a new infill development will be announced for this block in the future.
