This block needs help.  Located immediately south of the city's iconic "Cash Register" tower and just two blocks north of the State Capitol, Block 029-B is 75% covered by some of Downtown's ugliest surface parking lots.  At the corner of E. 17th Avenue and Sherman is a modest historic building while at E. 17th Avenue and Lincoln stands the rather drab 30-story Lincoln Center building.
