Block is
100% developed! |
This block
is fully developed with three buildings. At the corner of Broadway and
E. 16th Avenue is the Colorado State Bank Building, a 1970s brown brick
tower that rises to 26 stories. At 16th and Lincoln is the
historic Central YMCA with, further north along Lincoln in a newer phase,
their recently-remodeled residential component. Finally, at Broadway
and E. 17th Avenue is the sleek 34-story 1670 Broadway building, with its
tower oriented edge-on toward 17th Street, creating a striking visual anchor
to the southern end of Denver's Wall Street of the Rockies. |
