This
block contains the beautiful Trinity United Methodist Church and its unique
stone steeple; an excellent contribution to the Downtown Denver Historic District. The
rest of the block? Parking, parking, parking! At least at 19th
and Lincoln is a parking structure (albeit a rather unattractive one).
Like many of its neighboring blocks, this block desperately needs some
good infill development. Also, the billboard and the overhead utility
lines really detract from the view of the church in the approach from the
east. |
