Located at
one of Downtown's "five point" intersections, this block is Ground Zero of
the parking lot wasteland that defines this corner of Downtown. The
two tiny car rental buildings, barely more than shacks themselves, only
magnify the complete underutilization of this area. Hopefully, with
the new One Lincoln Park project nearby on Block 177, this block will see a
development proposal on it soon.
