Not much
going on here. The lone building facing Welton is a warehouse owned by
RTD. The six-plex at the corner of Park Avenue and Glenarm and the
apartment building at 22nd and Glenarm offer some historical character to
the area, but are vacant and/or in in poor condition. Otherwise, surface
parking and undeveloped parcels dominate the rest of the block. Clearly
multiple infill opportunities exist on this block. |
