In 2005 a
proposal for a 34 story 170 unit structure named the North Broadway
Tower was announced. Unfortunately, the developer
decided to build the tower outside of Denver due to market conditions.
Currently, this block
is all about parking. There is a car rental facility on this
block but, of course, what do they need... parking! This block faces a light rail line and it's across 20th Street from a light rail
station. What a tremendous infill and TOD opportunity! |
