This block
is bisected by Broadway, creating two main infill site opportunities.
Currently, on the small triangle lot is an auto repair and tire shop, and on
the east side of Broadway there's a small office/warehouse building and
another auto repair and tire shop. Clearly there are more suitable and
intensive uses for a site that is across the street from the Federal
District and within a few blocks of the heart of the Central Business
