Another
block of low-density, mixed-quality buildings interspersed by surface
parking lots. Like virtually every block in the vicinity, Block 123
reflects an environment of disinvestment and blight. Most, if not all
of the buildings on this block need to be removed or, at a minimum, a major
renovation or conversion. This block contributes little to the
vitality or appeal of Downtown Denver. |
