This block,
like so many throughout the Arapahoe Square district, reflects a mix of surface
parking lots and a scattering of buildings of various sizes, ages, and
quality, resulting in a generally lifeless, dreary place. Perhaps a
few buildings on this block could find new life through a renovation or
conversion, but mostly this block needs a set of higher density, mixed use
infill projects.
