The Curtis
Street side of this block features a number of older storefront buildings in
a row that collectively were completely renovated into the Curtis Street
Commons, an office/retail condominium project. The buildings at 21st
and Champa also show some character. Unfortunately, the little
triangle-shaped parcel features a parking lot and a billboard which, along
with Broadway's vast swath of asphalt, makes for a very harsh environment
for anything but automobiles. |
