This block
is entirely occupied by the Downtown branch of the US Post Office.
So, theoretically, this block is 100% developed, if you consider a 2 acre
surface parking lot in a downtown setting to be "development."
Unfortunately, when this facility was newly constructed in the 1990s, there
was no pressure (market-wise or politically) to convince the Post Office to
do something a bit more "urban." Anyway, at least it's a
well-maintained, active property with a relatively pleasant building.
It could be worse.
