This block
has several good things going for it--namely four or five decent, historic
structures that give this block a good urban feel. Too bad a few
surface parking lots scattered here and there stifle that urban feeling, and
make this block feel much like most of its neighbors... a block that doesn't
really feel like it has any sense of place. Just one good solid infill
project along 21st Street would go a long way towards putting this block
over the top. |
