With this
block bisected almost exactly in half by Broadway, Block 091 really
represents two separate blocks. West of Broadway, the historic
structure at the corner of 22nd and Arapahoe is fine enough, but the
remaining buildings contribute nothing to the character of the area.
East of Broadway, a mix of buildings of varying size and quality and several
small parking lots results in a rather unremarkable setting. Both
halves of this block could use some new building stock. |
