This block
is a mixed-bag of building types and styles, with one prominent corner
parking lot as well, which certainly would make for a great infill site.
Some of the buildings on the block have good historic and/or architectural
value and could nicely contribute to the block's revitalization. But
other buildings are too small in size or too poor in quality, which opens up
other potential sites for redevelopment.
