Block 080
suffers from the same ailment as does most of the other blocks in Northeast
Downtown: parking lot-itis. Not only is the entire half-block facing
Arapahoe an ugly parking lot, but several more are interspersed along
Lawrence, giving the entire block a feeling of "nowhere".
Perhaps
with the addition of an 8 story condominium tower fronting Lawrence Street
the feeling of "nowhere" could be greatly diminished.
Two
existing low rise structures will be bulldozed to make way for this project.
