The few
scattered buildings on this block cannot overcome the sheer area of vacant
space that gives Block 062 a sense of nowhere. With Larimer Street's
historic storefronts through this part of Downtown seeing a surge in
renovation, an appropriately-scaled infill project on the large vacant
parcel facing Larimer should be a top priority. That, of
course, would still leave an equally large infill site along
Lawrence. |
