With all
the activity Market/Walnut Street is seeing in infill projects (four
projects in the next four blocks to the east), eventually, someone is going
to take advantage of this high-exposure half-block at 20th & Market and
eliminate this surface parking lot. The Larimer side of this block is
doing great, with a revitalized spirit and fresh new renovations to its
historic buildings. Yes, a few small lots are waiting for a good
infill project on Larimer too, but the Market Street side of this block is
where the need is great. |
