This block
is part of Larimer Square, featuring a dynamic collection of upscale shops
and lots of restaurants. The Market Street side of this block used to
have a gaping hole in the center, but was nicely infilled by the Larimer
Square Parking Garage in the late 1990s. As seen in the Market Street
elevation photo, the parking garage was designed to appear as several
attached historic buildings, and features ground-floor commercial space. |
