This block,
like the blocks to its north, is fully developed along all but the
Cherry Creek side of the block. For some reason, the buildings facing
the creek didn't survive like the rest of the buildings on the block. Today,
with the creek viewed as a valuable amenity, particularly for residential
purposes, the creek-fronting portions of these blocks should be attractive
development sites. |
