What a
difference one building can make! This award-winning new mixed-use
building removed a blighted parking lot from along the 16th Street Mall,
created a vibrant space across from RTD's Market Street transit station, and
architecturally helped bridge the gap between historic LoDo and modern
Central Downtown.
With the
completion of 16 Market Square, the only remaining vacant space on this
block is at the corner of 15th and Market, currently being used for
restaurant valet parking. This small parcel would make a nice home for
a small boutique hotel or mixed-use project. |
