None	None proposed at this time.	This block needs a lot of help. With the exception of the condo building at 12th & Cherokee that was itself an infill project from the 1990s, the rest of this block is all surface parking or older small buildings. Some of the buildings do hold popular neighborhood eateries, but clearly there's plenty of room for more projects like the condos at 12th & Cherokee (known as The Balustrade). This block's poor condition is even more embarrassing given the new Art Museum wing by Daniel Libeskind is right next door on Block 044-E.	None
