Museum expansion (named the Frederick C. Hamilton Building in honor of the
chairman of the Art Museum's Board of Trustees who donated $20 million to
the expansion project's endowment).
Description:
A 146,000
SF annex to the Denver Art Museum located across W. 13th Avenue from the
existing Museum building. The two buildings will be linked by an
enclosed 100-foot long pedestrian bridge.

Clyfford Still Museum
Description:
A 30,000
SF facility along Bannock next to the Denver Art Museum to house the
collected works of the famous Abstract Expressionist artist. The City
and County of Denver was chosen in 2004 by the artist's widow to receive the
artist's entire collection of over 2,100 pieces. For more information,
