This block holds at the north end the ING Building with its articulated facade of blue reflective glass.  The rest of the block is a parking lot wasteland except for two small buildings along Lincoln.  With the new Civic Center Parking Garage and Museum Residences going in across Broadway, this block is in a prime location for the development of upscale residential towers.
