The Lincoln
Street side of this block is in great shape with a solid wall of buildings
giving the street a very urban feel. The Sherman Street side of the
block on the other hand... a big parking lot. This parking lot would
be a great location for a mid-rise residential development similar in nature
to the Capitol Heights project just a few blocks away (see the
Capitol Hill neighborhood page for pictures of the Capitol
Heights project).
