This
block holds a federal office building and a few other buildings that are in
pretty good shape, but there are still a few empty parcels and a couple of
buildings that need to be redeveloped. As this block is adjacent to
Speer Boulevard, the Golden Triangle Master Plan calls for high-rise
residential as an appropriate use. A tower at the corner of W. 12th
Avenue/Sppeer/Elati next to the Belvedere would be a great redevelopment
opportunity. |
