This block is fully occupied by the Denver Art Museum's Gio Ponti tower (and attached one-story wing), and the Byers-Evans House Museum, which includes the Denver History Museum.  A glass-enclosed pedestrian bridge will link the Denver Art Museum's new Hamilton Building on Block 044-E to the roof of the one-story wing attached to the Ponti tower.
