This
block currently houses the parking garage for the federal office building
across W. 13th Avenue and a building fronting Fox Street owned by Denver
Public Schools. The rest of the block, however, is in need of a
makeover. Like so many blocks in the Golden Triangle, surface parking
lots about. The Golden Triangle Master Plan calls for medium density
"Mixed Use" on this block, which would essentially mean continuing the type
of development currently existing at the corner of 13th and Fox.
Mid-rise condominium or apartment buildings with ground floor retail or
professional office space is in order. |
