block holds a mix of commercial structures and surface parking lots, and two
tiny single family homes that somehow have managed to survive despite their
location just blocks from the intense development of Denver's central core.
As established by the Civic Center District Master Plan, this block is
located within the Civic Center Core Area, with development of this block
reserved for larger-scale, monumental public structures that define and
extend the Civic Center to Speer Boulevard. |
