2009. The existing small restaurant building on the site will be demolished.
The parcel at 14th and Stout was once the site of a proposed "seniors"
condominium tower by St. Charles Town Company. St. Charles purchased the
site in March 2005 with the intent of constructing a 30-story age-restricted
tower for those over 55 years of age. After almost two years of owning the
land, SCTC sold the parcel to Focus Property Group in January 2007.
