This
block has two surface parking lots that would make excellent infill
development sites. In the center of the Lawrence Street side is a
parking lot located in between a Denver Fire station and the Isbell Lofts, a
former office building that was recently converted to condominiums.
The other parking lot at 19th and Arapahoe is next to the Skyline Park
Apartments, a 12-story apartment tower completed in 1973. |
