This
block was, until recently, the location of the last high rise proposed for
Downtown Denver...the 42-story 1100 15th Street, a 600,000 SF office tower
proposed by Hines to be located on the 15th Street half of this block.
That proposal was shelved due to a deteriorating office market. The
new Four Seasons, however, will have an even bigger impact on this
hot part of Downtown.
