This block was, until recently, the location of the last high rise proposed for Downtown Denver...the 42-story 1100 15th Street, a 600,000 SF office tower proposed by Hines to be located on the 15th Street half of this block.  That proposal was shelved due to a deteriorating office market.  The new Four Seasons, however, will have an even bigger impact on this hot part of Downtown.

See DenverInfill.com Blog April 24, 2007 for more information relating to this project!
